Tuning Aspects
This latest addition to the NovaPans series, the Generation 7, is not only spectacular in color but also in sound. Each note has a sustain of at least an additional half-second to most handpans, enough to give playing the Generation 7 handpans a lot more of a meditation and sound healing effect. This handpan is great for anybody wanting more of your stereotypical relaxation handpan for giving spiritual or calming effects. The Generation 7s come in a range of different colors, a protective rubber felt to protect from slight knocks or bumps and its harmonics are super easy to produce.
Hydro-dipped Handpans
Our handpans are the first (and still the only) handpans to offer the hydro-dipped option, a method of coating the handpan with a super thin layer of PVA to create some of the most marvellous-looking handpan designs out there. Although hydro-dipped models form an extra layer over the handpan, they do not adversely affect the sound quality of the handpan. In fact, all of our Generation 7s sustain, projection and resonance retain a high quality even after they are hydro-dipped. Check out the videos below to see/hear for yourself!

Extras
All Generation 7 Handpans come with their own soft cases. The option to add a hardcase (extra transport protection) to your handpan purchase is available for just an extra $100, otherwise, handpan hardcases are sold separately for $199 here. All Generation 7 handpans come with a Gu hole (for resonance) and are made of stainless steel. Note that all handpans come with a black protective rubber belt (even if images may show other colors) which serves as an added protector and sealer for the handpan.

Further Information: All notes of the handpan have a beautiful resonance which when played with a little practice, can be tamed in anything from a matter of minutes to less than a week. Regardless, you'll find our series of 20+ introductory tutorial videos on Youtube or from the links below very useful.
